Delora and family -- It has been my pleasure to travel with the Journey Travel Club from Kokomo through the years. Often, on these excursions, one or more of the Balsbaugh sisters have been fellow travelers. I particularly recall the trip to the southern national parks about seven years ago when you and Lynn were part of the group. We enjoyed the spectacular views of Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. As we all tried to absorb the splendors of God's creation, I remember that Lynn was always one who displayed an extra measure of interest in the natural wonders we were exploring. Undoubtedly this curiosity stemmed from his scientific background and career. My sympathy to you in the loss of your faithful companion.

To Lynn Clapp's Family, We wish to extend our sympathy to all of you. Lynn was one of our faithful class members and we will miss him this year at our get-together. Lynn and I were one of 12 who went to Ansonia School together for all 12 grades. He will definitely be missed by all his remaining classmates.

Knowing there are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death, I extend my condolence to the family. As you cherish the many fond memories of Mr. Clapp, reflect on the time when aging..., sickness..., death... and mourning will be no more! (Revelations 21:3,4) This is what our loving God Jehovah has promised and Jesus himself guaranteed the hope of seeing our loved ones again by means of the resurrection. (John 5:28,29)
May God’s word bring you comfort during this difficult time and in the days ahead as we await the fulfillment of his promises.......

Delora, we are very saddened to hear of Lynn's passing. Since we are both engineers, too, we always enjoyed chatting with Lynn about current technical topics at the family reunions throughout the years. He will be sorely missed. But, Lynn's struggles in this life are through, and he’s moved on to a better place. We hope things go as smoothly as possible for you and the family at this most difficult time. You are both in our thoughts and prayers.
