Donna Marie Pearce, 64, Kokomo, passed away Wednesday September 5, 2018, at her home.  She was born July 30, 1954, in Osgood, IN, the daughter of the late Don & Nancy (Ryker) Luckey.  She married William “Leroy” Pearce and he survives.

Donna worked for Syndicate sales for many years.  She cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, and enjoyed watching old reruns of TV shows.  When she wasn’t watching her favorite TV shows, Donna could often be found out on her porch watching the people go by, or in her backyard watching the hummingbirds.

Along with her husband Leroy, Donna is also survived by her children, Bradley (Mandy) Pearce, and Jessica (Phillip) Pohlman; grandchildren, Macy and Brandon Pearce, and Ethan and Holly Pohlman; along with many nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; and 4 siblings.

There are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death; no doubt Mrs. Pearce will be sadly missed by all who knew her. May you find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed! His words are clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4)
Further, Jesus guaranteed the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he performed resurrections and was himself resurrected by his Father. All resurrections took place on earth, giving us a glimpse of what is to come.... seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15)
Until his promises are fulfilled, may Jehovah God continue to bless & comfort you in the days ahead....
