On behalf of Forest United Methodist Church, I want to express our sympathy and condolences to each of you who are a part of Carolyn's family. Carolyn often slipped in for services and for activities at the church. I have been here four years as the pastor, so I was her neighbor for the first years. Often I have had interaction with Carolyn. She had a big heart! She often expressed her concern and caring for people and about things going on in the neighborhood. She had her own pain and various struggles for which she is now relieved. I was eating breakfast at Downtown Diner not long ago, or so it seems. We had her join us for breakfast. She seemed up and encouraged and feeling better than I had seen her or a while. We can safely commit her into the Lord's care and we lift each of you up in prayer. May God be near, strengthen and comfort all of you. Pastor David Wilson
