William “Scotty” Cox, 66, of Kokomo, passed away 12:52 pm Saturday October 25, 2025, at Community Hospital North Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born on April 27, 1959, in Tipton, IN, the son of Elrod and Opal Cox. On February 14, 2004, he married Lesa Holloman in Tipton, IN, and she survives.
He formerly worked at Fed Ex as a truck driver and later a supervisor in shipping. He was a funny man with a quirky sense of humor. He found joy in playing practical jokes on people. Scotty willingly gave his trust on sight unless somebody betrayed it. His favorite hobbies were fishing and wood-working. He loved listening to country music and to cook.
He is survived by his wife, Lesa; and a brother, Terry Cox.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
