Tracy Kay (Binkley) Ollis, 72 years old, passed away Thursday September 4, 2025, at her home. She was born in Muncie, IN, on August 31, 1953, the daughter of the late William and Phyllis (Mendenhall) Binkley. On February 11, 1981, she married Kelsie Ollis, and he survives.
Tracy was a graduate of Kokomo High School. She worked at Mechanic’s Laundry, Rosalynn’s Bakery, and various grocery stores. Above all, she was a homemaker who took great care of her husband and their sons. She always looked for ways to help others. Tracy loved all things outdoors like fishing, cornhole, bocce ball, badminton, and putt-putt. She had a competitive nature, but she was known to be a happy-go-lucky girl. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football and basketball games. Tracy adored her pet Chihuahuas and would always have a soft spot for them. Tracy will be remembered for being passionate about life. She was a legend among friends.
In addition to her husband of 44 years, Tracy is survived by her son, Zachary Ollis; grandson, Miles Ollis; and brothers, Steve Binkley, Dennis (Joseph) Binkley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jacob Ollis; and father and mother-in-law, William “Bill” and Marie Ollis.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 am to 11 am Friday September 12, 2025, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo, IN 46902. A memorial service celebrating Tracy’s life will begin at 11 am on Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Horner officiating. Contributions may be made in Tracy’s memory to Shirley & Stout Funeral Home to assist with expenses. A link will be available on Tracy’s obituary page to contribute directly towards the expenses.
