Tracy Jo "TJ" Robertson

Tracy Jo “TJ” Robertson, 45, of Forest, passed away 6:00 am Monday November 6, 2023, at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN. She was born in Kokomo, IN, on April 9, 1978, the daughter of Denny Robertson and Kathy Knight. TJ spent numerous years with her best friend and companion, David Jordan, and he survives.

TJ was a 1996 graduate of Western High School. She was employed at several businesses around the town of Russiaville like the gas station, Waddell’s IGA, and most recently A&J Farm Supply. She was kind and easy-going, and everybody loved being around her. She took pleasure in outdoor activities like fishing and gardening.  She was a great cook who enjoyed passing on recipes to friends and family. TJ found joy in attending her son Nelson’s ball games.

She is survived by her spouse, Dave Jordan; son, Nelson Jordan; father, Denny Robertson; mother, Kathy Knight; siblings, Trista (David) Hill, Trent (Rebekah) Robertson; stepchildren, Jonathon (Rita) Jordan, Samuel (Gratia) Jordan, Abraham (Katie) Jordan, Abigail Jordan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Russell Robertson and Emily (Ralph) Rayl; maternal grandparents, Darrell and Evelyn Milburn; and stepfather, Jay Knight.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:30 pm to 6 pm Monday November 13, 2023, at Stout & Son Funeral Home – Russiaville Chapel, 200 East Main Street, Russiaville, IN 46979. Memorial service will begin at 6 pm on Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Steve Allen officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions and checks may be made out to Stout & Son Funeral Home C/O her son Nelson Jordan’s future education fund.
