Tamara Kay "Tammy" Arnett

Tamara Kay “Tammy” Arnett, 79, of Sarasota, Florida, and formerly of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She was born July 31, 1946, in Kokomo, to Edwin Doyle and Mary Louise (Batey) Bagwell. On September 3, 1965, she married Dennis William Arnett, and he survives.

Tammy graduated from Eastern High School in 1964 and attended Indiana University Kokomo. She went on to work at Delphi for 32 years before retiring in 2001. Tammy was a member of the Greentown First United Methodist Church and Post 6 Ladies Auxiliary in Kokomo.

In addition to her husband, survivors include her children, Anthony J. (Margo) Arnett and Laura Conkle (Matt Long); grandchildren, Alex (Jordan) Arnett, Andrew Arnett, Adam Arnett, Sofia Arnett, Charles Conkle IV, and Johnny Conkle; sister, Carmen Conway, of Atlanta, Georgia; and brother-in-law, Dick Arnett.

She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws, Ernest & Marjorie Arnett.
