Stephen "Steve" Floyd Morgan

Stephen “Steve” Floyd Morgan, 76, Kokomo, passed away at 12:20 pm on Monday November 13, 2023, at Community Howard Regional Hospital.  He was born on June 23, 1947, to the late Floyd L. and Marie (McGaha) Morgan.

Steve graduated from Kokomo High School in 1965. He worked for the United States Postal Service as a clerk and retired in 2002 after 30 years of service.  He was a member of the Kokomo Shrine Club. He was also a member of the Pioneer Auto Club where he was very active and a past office holder.  He was an avid antique car collector, he bought his first antique car, a Ford Model A Cabriolet, that he bought with his earnings he made delivery papers at age 16. Steve took flying lessons and obtained his pilot’s license, purchasing his own airplane.  He enjoyed vacationing in Las Vegas, going to Kokomo Jackrabbits games, and watching the Indianapolis Colts.

Steve is survived by his good friend, William “Bill” Tarkington.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
