Sandra "Sandy" Ann Richardson

Sandra “Sandy” Ann Richardson, 60, Kokomo, passed away at 6:24 am on Wednesday May 25, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital.  She was born in Kansas on January 13, 1962, to the late John F. and Dorothy B. (Jackson) Fulmer.  On May 26, 2000, in Greentown, she married Robert “Bob” Richardson, and he survives.

Sandy was a 1981 graduate of Haworth High School and earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech College. She has worked as a bartender for several different bars.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, the slot machines at casinos, fishing and loved chips and salsa.

In addition to her husband, Bob, Sandy is survived by her children, Kari Cannon, Nick Miller, Sandra Richardson and Robert “Scotty” Richardson; grandchildren, Varesha Cannon, Sareyah Cannon, Savaughna Hannibal, Xa’vius Cannon, Jayceon Burnett, Jace Carson, Jaydin Miller, Nickoa Miller, Nickya Miller, Nala Miller, Braydon Brunk, Skyler Lindley, June Bug Lindley, Omari Richardson, Chrsiya Horton and Deaveon Bledso; great grandchildren, Daylan Thompson and Vaelah Cannon; siblings, John Fulmer and Thomas Fulmer.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of life will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday May 31, 2022, with a time of sharing at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main Street, Russiaville.  Friends may visit with the family from 4 pm to 6 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Stout & Son Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
