Samuel "Sam" Wayne Little

Samuel “Sam” Wayne Little, 40, Russiaville, passed away at 1:18 pm on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at his home. He was born on March 13, 1985, to Mike and Nancy (Stiner) Little. 

Sam was a Dairy Farmer and outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting guns. He could fix anything and was good with his hands. He loved teasing, joking around and was very ornery, he was so full of life and always happy. He was a member of the NRA and volunteered with EMA. He was part of the Burlington Fire Department and did his training at Harrison Township. Sam was a big-hearted man who would give you the shirt off his back. He will be truly missed by all those who know him.

Sam is survived by his mother, Nancy Little; former spouse, Jessica Little (Steven Franks); son, Bentley Little; step children, Samantha Bolin and Brooklyn Lester; sister, Jessica Little (Major Bailey); nieces & nephews, Crystal Little, Tiana Bousum, Jordan Stacy, Luke Lowe, Zach Horton, and Little Major Bailey; great-nephew, Michael Bousum; cousin, Rachel (Dwayne) Sexton and their child Mason Sexton; grandmother, Elaine Stiner; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was proceeded in death by his dad, Mike Little; grandparents, Jane & Glenn Little, and Wayne Stiner; and uncle, Greg Little.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Ma and Pop’s house. Cremation has been entrusted with Stout & Son Funeral Home - Russiaville Chapel.  Memorial contributions may be made to Stout & Son Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
