Randall “Randy” Kent Budd, 60, of Kokomo, passed away 1:10 am Thursday March 16, 2023, at Waterford Place Health Campus in Kokomo. He was born in Kokomo, on February 20, 1963, the son of Donald Eugene and Mary Claranne (Ely) Budd. On June 21, 1991, he married Ellea Kay Benham at the Beamer United Methodist Church, and she survives.

Randy was a 1981 graduate of Kokomo High School. He graduated from Ball State University in 1987 where he majored in Photo Journalism. Randy worked as a  life skills clinician and case manager at Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health Howard in downtown Kokomo. When his health declined, he turned his artistic ability to producing numerous graphite drawings. His favorite vacations were spent with family and friends in South Haven, MI, for the past 20 years. He was a current member of First Church of the Nazarene in Kokomo.

In addition to his wife Ellea, Randy is survived by his son, Elliott Benjamin Budd; brother, Jeffrey Budd; father, Donald Budd; father-in-law, Garry Benham; mother-in-law, Joan Ratcliff Benham; aunts and uncles, Jan Benham, Charlie and Bev Ratcliff, AP and Judy Ratcliff, John and Barb Ratcliff, Katie Ratcliff.
