Patricia Diane (Hartleroad) Kucholick

Patricia Diane Kucholick, 64, Kokomo, passed away at 11:51am Wednesday May 31, 2023, at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo.  She was born December 26, 1958, the daughter of the late Dean & Emma (Hinson) Hartleroad.   On December 22, 2015, she married Mark Kucholick who survives.

Diane was a 1977 graduate of Lewis Cass High School.  She loved doing puzzles, watching game shows, going camping and fishing.  She also loved her cats and was known for taking in strays and making sure no pet went hungry. 

Along with her husband Mark, Diane is also survived by her son, Jerry Hartleroad; grandson, Nolan Hartleroad; stepchildren, Donivan Hummel, Jonathan Kucholick and Kristin Kucholick; step-grandchildren, Benjamin Kucholick and Kinsey Kucholick; siblings, Doris (Butch) Pickering, Stan (Cindy) Kucholick, Kathann Zehring, Janet Kucholick, Karole (Terry) Smith, Chris (Mike) McKillip, John Kucholick, Deb (Dan) Robinson, Joe (Kim) Kucholick, Jim Kucholick and Karen (Dave) Kucholick; niece, Amy Pickering; and nephew, Justin Pickering.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dennis Farmer; stepson, Mark Kucholick; grandparents; in-laws, Stan and Dana Kucholick; brother-in-law, Steve Kucholick; niece and nephews, Jansen Kucholick, Conner Exmeyer and Nikki Wainscott. 

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday June 7, 2023, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Bill Duncan officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
