Pamela Adele “Pammy” Moore, 73, formerly of Kokomo, died August 20, 2025 at her home in Marion, Ohio. She was born September 22, 1951 in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of Richard V. & Carol Jean (Vollmar) Moore.
Pam was a member of the first graduating class of Taylor High School in 1969. She attended Ball State University and Wrights Beauty Academy. Pam was a nail tech in local salons before beginning her business, Finger Paints & Fanny Tanners. She retired to Venice Florida before moving to Marion, Ohio to be close to her daughter, Jennifer. While living in Marion, she used her artistic talents while working at Sweade Mae Art Café.
She was a proud grandma that enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and attending their sporting and school events. While living in Venice, she was active in the Peace, Love and Hoopiness, Hula Hoop Club. She had a love of travel and recently enjoyed trips to Mexico and Las Vegas.
Pam is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Cotterman) Suiter, and husband Junior Suiter; son, Michael Cotterman and wife Lesley (Hull) Cotterman; 4 grandchildren, Elizabeth (Leo) Garcia, Andrew Penton, Katherine Adele Cotterman and Alexander Cotterman; three step grandchildren, Jake Suiter, Josh Suiter & Emily Suiter; great-grandson, Benjamin Garcia; siblings, Suzy (Garry) Smith, Greg (Susie) Moore, Brad (Lisa) Moore, several nieces and nephews and her close friend and travel companion, Don Barnard. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Moore, Carol Moore Hadley, her stepfather, Gilbert Hadley and the father of her children, Ed Cotterman.
A service celebrating Pam’s life will held at 4:00 pm Monday, August 25, 2025 at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Brandon Smith officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2-4 pm Monday at the funeral home. Private burial will be made in Albright Cemetery.
