Oliver Otto Bitner, 2 days old, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. He was born March 23, 2026 to Anthony Stewart and Sarah Elizabeth (Becker) Bitner.
Oliver was loved and anticipated beyond measure. From the moment he was known, he was cherished, dreamed of, and already a part of so many hearts. Though he was so little and his time on earth was so brief, the love he brought into the world was immeasurable and will remain forever. He will always be remembered, always be loved, and always be a part of his family’s story. “A person’s a person, no matter how small.”
Those who will carry his love with them always include his parents; big brother, Anthony Sebastian Bitner; grandparents, Anthony Shane & Phyllis Bitner and Daniel & Diana Becker; great-grandmother, Marilyn Perryman; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ronald Ulrey, Jack & Betty Becker, James Perryman, Arlene & Stewart Smith, and Leroy & Constance Bitner.
A private family memorial service will be held. Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, Kokomo, has been entrusted with arrangements. Messages of condolence may be left online at www.shirleyandstout.com.
