Michelle Ann (Morris) Rodriguez

Michelle Ann Rodriguez, 54, Kokomo, passed away at 5:44 pm Friday, June 5, 2026, at Community Heart & Vascular in Indianapolis.  She was born March 31, 1972, in Kokomo, the daughter of the late Rick Morris and Ellen Rodman.

Michelle loved hunting for mushrooms, going to thrift stores and auctions. She was an avid collector of Longaberger Baskets, had a huge collection of jewelry and enjoyed making crafts.   Michelle looked forward to going to Ray’s Drive In for their Turkey Manhattans which she really loved. She loved dancing and listening to music, especially Elvis.  Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she loved spending time with them.  

Michelle is survived by her children, Jessica (Victor) Morris, Emily (Dylan) Holloway, Nina Rodriguez and Jacob Rodriguez; grandchildren, Myah, Ethan, Anna and Maverick; siblings, Renee Garcia and Joseph (Hillary) Morris, along with several nieces and nephews; and uncle, Ted Rodman. 

Michelle was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Alyssia Morris.

A funeral service will be held at Noon, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Jason Grant officiating.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 am until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.  Messages of condolence may be left online at www.shirleyandstout.com.
