Max Eugene Beall

Max Eugene Beall, 90, Kokomo, passed away at 5:50 am Friday, May 1, 2026, at Aperion Care in Kokomo.  He was born May 6, 1935, in Logansport, IN, the son of the late Mary Beall.

Max served with the United States Navy.  He worked as a truck driver for a local cement company.  In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing and reading up on the latest techniques of the sport.  He looked forward to hanging out with his friend of 15 years, Sonja, where he loved their talks, going out to eat and drinking coffee together.  Max was a hard worker and would help anyone in need.  He enjoyed working on cars and lawnmowers.  

Max is survived by his daughter, Lisa Beall; ex-wife, Sharon Grimes; and long-time friend, Sonja Reeves; along with 7 grandchildren; and his four-legged friend, Bo.

Max was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Beall; and his son, Max Beall Jr.

In keeping with Max’s wishes, no services are planned.  Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with cremation.
