Martha "Marty" J. Kendall

Martha “Marty” J. Kendall, 94, Greentown passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Century Villa Healthcare, Greentown.  She was born September 25, 1928, to Paul and Belma (Larowe) Kendall in Kokomo, Indiana.

Martha graduated from Jackson High School.  In her younger years she worked for the family owned and operated grocery store Kendall Grocery in Sycamore working close to 20 years.  Martha retired after 35 years of service from Howard Community Hospital in Kokomo as an X-Ray technician.

She is survived by her niece, Carol (Bill) Mugg, Great nieces Kisha Mugg and Shelly (Mike) Walsh, Great great niece, Gracie Walsh and great great nephew, Evan Walsh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Jeannee Roberts.

Visitation for family and friends will be at noon Saturday January 28, 2023 at Hasler & Stout Funeral Home 112 E, Main St Greentown, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Paul Nicholson officiating, burial to follow the service in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greentown.
