Mark Allen Jones

Mark Allen Jones, 59, Kokomo, passed away at 3:30 pm on Thursday January 20, 2022, at Kokomo Healthcare Facility.  He was born on November 13, 1962, to J.B. and Belinda (Acord) Jones. 

Mark graduated from Northwestern High School in 1981.  He worked for Marsh Supermarket for 10 years and as a guard for the Miami Correctional Facility. 

Mark is survived by his parents; siblings, Ronald (Jody) Jones, Cathy Miller, and Charles (Sally) Jones; nieces and nephews, Brandon Jones, Courtney Miller, Tara Jones and Heather Jones.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday January 26, 2022, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo. Burial will follow in Crown Point Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family from 12 pm to 1 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.  The family requests that all family and friends attending the visitation and service please wear masks.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Rescue Mission.
