Marcia Wysong, 73, of Kokomo, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2018, at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo. She was born September 6, 1944, in Kokomo, the daughter of the late John & Frances (Bruno) Tate. On July 23, 1965, she married Bill Wysong and he survives.
Marcia retired from Accurate Parts in 1984. She loved working outside in the yard and she loved her pets, and her family very much. Marcia was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Along with her husband, Marcia is also survived by her brother, Mike (Joyce) Tate; step-brother, David Cheeseman; and step-son, Steve Wysong, along with nieces and nephews.
Marcia was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Frances and Johnny Cheeseman; father, John Tate; and son, Richard Wayne Williams.
Funeral services will be held at Noon, Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10-12 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Marcia’s memory to the Kokomo Humane Society.
