Kerry Allan Molino Obituary

Kerry Allan Molino, 67, of Greentown, Indiana, passed away on August 20, 2025. He was born on August 4, 1958, in Kokomo to Joan and Daniel Molino.

Kerry graduated from Eastern High School in Greentown, IN, where he enjoyed being a member of the marching band. As a young adult, he worked for his father as a mechanic at the family business, Blue Water Marine. He later founded Molino Marine Canvas, where he crafted custom boat covers. Kerry went on to build a career as a Tool and Die maker, working for BMJ Mold and Engineering and Daimler Chrysler.

In his youth, Kerry had a fearless spirit. He raced motocross and enjoyed trick water skiing. He always had a passion for cars and was especially proud of his bright red Camaro that he drove while in high school. His lifelong fondness for cars continued into his later years, when he enjoyed working on vintage automobiles as a member of the Road Kings Car Club. He also found great pleasure and peace in spending time on the water, and especially loved wooden sailboats. Despite the challenges he faced with his physical health, he always kept going and found enjoyment in his hobbies and in life.

Kerry’s greatest joy in life was his family. He loved his two sons deeply and unconditionally, and he was a devoted son to his mother. Known for his easygoing nature, Kerry cherished life’s simple pleasures—time spent with loved ones and a steadfast faith in God, instilled in him during his childhood at Hillsdale United Methodist Church.

Kerry was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Molino, and by his beloved pets, Franky (English Bulldog) and Milo (cat). He is survived by his mother, Joan Molino; his sons, Vincent Molino of Frankton, IN, and Victor Molino of Greentown, IN; his sisters, Debbie Starnes of Windfall, IN, and Sue (Charles) Treber of Saline, MI; many nieces and nephews; and his cherished companion, Charlie, a chocolate Labrador. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service celebrating Kerry’s life will be held at Noon Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Greentown Wesleyan Church, 120 N. Maple Street, Greentown, with Pastor Eric Roemer officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5-7 pm Friday at Hasler & Stout Funeral Home, 112 E.
