Kelly Eugene Piatt Obituary

Kelly Eugene Piatt, 62, Kokomo, passed away at 1:00 am Sunday, April 14, 2024, at his home. He was born July 11, 1961, in Peru, IN, the son of the late Henry Lester Piatt and Joetta R. (Tharp) Hinson. On September 20, 1989, in Florida, he married Judy Wyatt and she survives.

Kelly loved fishing and watching his favorite shows on TV such as, Swamp Men, Cops and Walker, Texas Rangers.

Along with his wife, Judy, Kelly is also survived by his children, Michael Piatt Rosemont, Rebecca Piatt Rosemont and Matthew Piatt; siblings, David (Jo Ann) Saylor, Julie Saylor and Nathan Saylor; brothers-in-law, Rick (Tamara) Wilks and Eddie Wyatt, along with several nieces and nephews; and cousin, Bruce Tharp.

Kelly was preceded in death by his parents; and sister-in-law, Mary Wyatt.

In keeping with Kelly’s wishes, no services are planned. Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with cremation.
