Jerry Lee Henry, 62, Kokomo, passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, at his home. He was born on January 19, 1963, in Kokomo, the son of the late Mary (Galloway) Miller and Steve Henry. He shared 20 years with his companion Sherri Marner, and she survives.
Jerry is a graduate of Eastern High School. He worked as a dock auditor at Lorentson’s Manufacturing for the past 17 years. Jerry enjoyed working on model airplanes, bowling, watching NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon and Chase Elliott, and was a faithful Pittsburg Steelers fan. Jerry was known for helping others and never saying “no.” He loved his family and his favorite title was being called PapPap.
In addition to his companion Sherri, Jerry is survived by his uncle, Jerry (Nedra) Price; grandchildren, Trace, Owen, and Aaron Young, Hailey, Elli, and Sophia Marner; adopted family, Barbara East, Larry (Jodi) East, Mike (Kim) Coombs, Debbie Taylor, JR Taylor, Joseph (Kathleen “Kat”) Young, and Jesse Marner; nieces and nephews, Kristie and Jason Watson, Issac Watson, Stephanie, Ryan, and Isabella Breedlove, he was loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
In honoring Jerry’s wishes, no services will take place. Stout & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation.
