Helen Breeden Obituary

 

Helen Breeden, 84, Kokomo, passed away at 4:59 am on Friday, November 18, 2022, at the Bloom at Kokomo.  She was born in Sharps Chapel, TN, on May 22, 1938, to the late Cleo Weaver.  She married Isaac David Breeden Sr. on October 8, 1953, and he survives.

Helen worked for Cuneo Press for 15 years until they closed. She loved cooking and taking care of family and friends.  She enjoyed camping, fishing, and bowling.  She cherished being a grandmother.  

Along with her husband, David, Helen is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Robert) Ulibarri, and Sheila (Russell) Adair; grandchildren, Jason Watson, Leah Hastings, Kimberly (Jason) Shook, and Stephanie (Sam) Stover; great grandchildren, Emma Watson, Atticus Shook, Connor Lowe, Kendall Lowe, Cora Lowe, and Jace Stover; special sister-in-law, Liz Cox.

She was preceded in death by her mother; and son, Isaac David Breeden Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Jason Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Point Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association.  Messages of condolence may be left online at wwww.shirleyandstout.com.
