Glenda Ruth Foust

Glenda Ruth Foust, 76, of Kokomo, passed away at 4:15 am, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent in Kokomo. She was born on November 1, 1948, the daughter of Herbert and Dorothy (Schwartz) Stevenson. On October 25, 1968, she married Richard W. Foust in Kokomo, and he preceded her in death on July 10, 1992.

Glenda was a 1967 graduate of Kokomo High School. She was a member of Burlington First Brethren Church and the Women’s Missionary Society through church. Glenda enjoyed knitting, listening to Elvis and collecting Elvis’s memorabilia. She enjoyed watching movies with Nicole and reading.

She is survived by her children, Joe (Melissa Meyers) Foust and Nicole Foust, and grandchildren, Isaac Foust, Joshua Foust, and Marte Foust.

Along with her husband, Richard, she was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Dorothy; brother, Herbert Foust Jr.; father and mother-in-law, John and Vivian Foust; and nephew, Michael Walker.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Stout & Son -Neptune Chapel, 44 Michigan Street, Burlington, with Pastor John Drexler officiating. Burial at Burlington Cemetery will follow. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11 am until the time of the service on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the funeral home.
