Gale Rayls Obituary

Gale A. Rayls, 61, Kokomo, passed away at 8:05 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Community Howard Regional Health. He was born May 9, 1958, in Kokomo, to Frank and Betty (Norris) Rayls.

Gale graduated from Eastern High School in 1976 and served in the United States Army from 1976 to 1978.

He is survived by his sisters, Janet Wise, Pam Chism and Laraine Rayls; nieces and nephews, Paul Epperson, Amanda Reeves, Annie Roberts, Adrienne Torres and Mary Chism; and several great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Jerry Chism.

In keeping with Gale’s wishes, no public services are planned. Contributions may be made in Gale’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project. Messages of condolence may be left online at www.shirleyandstout.com. Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, Kokomo, assisted the family with arrangements.
