Douglas “Doug” A. Wolff, 58 years old, of Tipton, IN, passed away 12:26 am June 15, 2026, at his home. He was born on March 11, 1968, in Marion, IN, to Merrill A. and Frankie C. (Mullins) Wolff. On April 27, 2007, he married Tammy A. (Marr), and she survives.
Doug was a 1986 graduate of Kokomo High School. He was the current owner and operator of Wolff’s Insulation Service in Kokomo. He has worked there for 40 years and took over the business 7 years ago. Doug loved any activity outdoors. In his younger years he liked racing go-karts and doing truck pulls. His favorite past times were farming hay, horseback riding, and riding four wheelers with his grandchildren. Doug was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion, ICAA Member, and Howard County Home Builders Association.
In addition to his wife Tammy, Doug is survived by his siblings, David Wolff, Kathleen “Magaly” Brown, Catherine “Lola” Paxton; stepdaughter, Krista Barber; grandchildren, Lily Barber, Mason Crull, Matthew Crull; nephews, Dave Wolff, Jacob Wolff, Devon Shelburne, Dayne Brown; nieces, Kelley Schwartz, Mindy Carrasquillo; and dear friends he truly loved and counted on, Tina Coghill, Marion Inman, Lesa Parsley, Nacho Hernandez, and Ed Stewart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Merrill and Frankie Wolff; and brother, Tony Wolff.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2 to 4 pm Tuesday June 23, 2026, at Stout & Son Funeral Home – Russiaville Chapel, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville, IN 46979. A memorial service celebrating Doug’s life will begin at 4 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Aaron Clark officiating. Contributions may be left in Doug’s memory to We Care or the American Cancer Society. Stout & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
