Donald "Don" Lee Goodnight Sr.

Donald “Don” Lee Goodnight Sr., 82, Russiaville, passed away at 3:30 pm on Wednesday April 22, 2026, at Brickyard Healthcare.  He was born in Frankfort, IN. on December 15, 1943, the son of the late Wilbur “Web” Goodnight and Faye (Harshman) Hinton.

Don graduated from Frankfort High School in 1961 and attended Seminary/Bible College in Ohio.  He worked for Chrysler Corporation and retired after 30 years of service. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Fairfield Christian Church and enjoyed going out for dinner.

Don is survived by his son, Donald Goodnight Jr.; three grandchildren; and good friend and neighbor, Tonya Burress.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Deborah “Debbie” Moreno; brothers, Danny Goodnight and Vance Hinton Jr.

There will be no services at this time.  Cremation has been entrusted with Stout & Son Funeral Home.
