Corey Griner Obituary

Corey Nathan Griner, 33, Kokomo, passed away at 12:15 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019, at Golden Living Center-Kokomo. He was born on August 4, 1985 to David Griner and Jeanne (Rennells) Allen in Lansing, Michigan. He is married to Tisha (Morgan) Griner, and she survives.

Corey is a graduate of Bullock Creek High School in Michigan. He is a member of the Floyd Church of God, a Civil War fanatic, and enjoys reading. Corey enjoys watching sporting events, especially Michigan University sports and the Detroit Tigers. Above all, Corey loves spending time with his daughters.

In addition to his wife Tisha, he is survived by his mother, Jeanne Allen; daughters, Novah and Nia Griner; brother, Ryan Cason.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Griner; and brother, Donald Griner.

Cremation for Corey will take place and no services have been planned at this time. Stout & Son Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
