Clifford Freeman Kelly, 84, of Michigantown, went to be with his Lord & Savior on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. He was born November 26, 1941 in Bell County, KY, the son of the late Claude Kelly and Haley (Mink) Kelly. On June 2, 1962, he married Arlene Smith in New Tazewell, TN, and she survives.

He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and listening to Blue Grass music, and loved sharing the vegetables from his garden with neighbors, friends, and anyone who could use them. Clifford was especially known for his homemade ice cream and cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife Arlene, Clifford is survived by his children, Sherry (Vinnie) Vega, Frankfort, Deann (Mike) White, Frankfort, and Kristin (Gregg) Moore, Kokomo; grandchildren, Hayley (Micah) McClurg, Seth (Nicole Wagner) Kirkendall, Sarah (Neil) Langworthy, Marie (Timothy) Strohmeyer, Logan (Lyndsey Hunter) Adams, and Caleb Johnson; great-grandchildren, Madison, Myah, Lily, Owen, Colt, Finn, and Kallum; and son-in-law, Bill Hinders.
