Candese Carol Glisson

Candese “Candy” Carol (Cain) Glisson, 68 years old, of Frankfort, IN, passed away 12:23 am Saturday January 17, 2026, at her home. She was born in Covington, Kentucky on September 26, 1957, the daughter of Ralph Thomas and Dolly Delores (Haake) Cain.

Candy was a loving wife to her high school sweetheart and the love of her life Larry Glisson. They shared 48 years of marriage. She was a graduate of Holmes High School. She retired from the White Castle Factory where she worked in production and as a shift supervisor.

She is survived by her children, Chrissy Glisson, Larry Glisson Jr., Cheryl (Clifford) Stroup, Steven Glisson, Stephanie Glisson; 21 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Glisson Sr., daughter, Tabatha Glisson; mother, Dolly Delores Haake; and father, Ralph Thomas Cain.

There are no public services scheduled for Candy. Burial will take place in Floral Hills Cemetery in Taylor Mill, Kentucky at a later date.
