Brittani Nicole Duncan

Brittani Nicole Duncan, 35, passed away on March 17, 2026. She was born on January 28, 1991in Lafayette, IN, the daughter of Carl and Darla (Bushong) Slade. On April 4, 2015, she married Sam Duncan and he survives.

Brittani was known for being a loving wife and mother. She loved animals and cherished her dogs.

She is survived by her husband; parents; son, Ryker Duncan; brother-in-law, Zak (Heather) Duncan and Alex (Jess) Duncan, and Steph Lowdermilk; mother-in-law, Marcie Duncan; grandparents, Theresa (Mark) Goff and Earl (Kathi) Merrick; aunts and uncles, Richard (Darcy) Slade, Martha (Chris) Brown, Carolyn Crockett, Kimberly (Dane) Roe, Steve (Cindy) Merrick, and Alan (Cheri) Merrick; as well  as many other dear family members.

Brittani was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Donald Duncan, and grandfather, David Bushong.

A funeral service celebrating Brittani’s life will be held at 3 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Hasler & Stout Funeral Home, 112 E. Main Street, Greentown, with Dr. Michael Holloway officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
