Brice M. Zeider

Brice M. Zeider, 26, Hartford City, passed away on Sunday May 22, 2022.  He was born June 13, 1995, in Kokomo, to Heather A. (Zeider) Vernengo and Todd Kurowski. He was raised by Heather Vernengo and Harold Felton.

Brice was a 2014 graduate of Western High School. He worked for American Woodwork and Bay Logistics as a forklift operator.  He collected rare weapons, enjoyed listening to music and attending concerts, skydiving, and playing games on his computer and gaming consoles.  He loved collecting and reading rare books and was in the process of writing a fictional book. He enjoyed walking his dogs Jasmine and Roscoe with his girlfriend.

Brice is survived by his mother and stepfather, Heather and Adam Vernengo; father, Todd Kurowski; siblings, Haiden Felton, Morgan Zeider and Hailey Felton; stepsister, Alyssa Vernengo; stepbrother, Christian Vernengo; grandmothers, Cheryl Edwards and Teresa Freeman; grandfather, Kenny James; girlfriend, Alovea Forsythe; aunts, Brandy Gates, Stacy Wildrick, Amanda Shepherd; uncles, James McGuire and Jason Means; numerous great aunts and cousins; 2 dogs and 5 cats.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday May 28, 2022, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo.  Burial will follow in Ever Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.  Friends may visit with the family from 5 pm to 8 pm on Friday at the funeral home.  A luncheon will be held at the West Middleton Methodist Church following the burial, 480 W. 230 S., Kokomo, IN.
