Brian Lee Rudd

Brian Lee Rudd, 49, of Kokomo, passed away 1:45 pm Monday November 6, 2023, at Aperion Care in Kokomo. He was born in Kokomo, IN on September 29, 1974, the son of Clarence Leroy Rudd and Rita (McCartney) Cheek.

Brian had an amazing sense of humor. He enjoyed playing pranks on his family. He loved drinking his Coca Colas and slushees. Brian overcame many challenges in his life that most are never faced with.

Brian is survived by his mother, Rita Cheek; siblings, Tessa Rudd, Adam Cheek; uncles, Mark (Michelle) Rudd, Wayne (Sheila) Rudd, Roger Pierson; aunts, Vicki (Ron) Moody, Sandra (Jimmy) Busch; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Rudd; uncles, Ronnie Rudd, Greg Rudd, Danny Rudd; aunt, Jeannie Pierson; maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents; and stepfather, Richard Cheek.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11 am to 1 pm Tuesday November 14, 2023, at Stout & Son Funeral Home – Neptune Chapel, 44 Michigan Street, Burlington, IN 46915. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport, IN. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brian’s name to the American Diabetes Foundation.
