Brenda Ann Smith

Brenda Ann Smith, 82, of Kokomo received her wings at home, on Monday, August 8th, 2022, at 10:58 AM. Born in Kokomo, Indiana on March 9, 1940, she was the daughter of Raymond Lee Sebree Sr and Marian F McCreary Hardimon.

Brenda attended Kokomo High School and graduated with the Class of 1966.  She went on to retire from Delco Electronics after 34 years of service. She was a kind and sweet woman who enjoyed reading, camping, cooking, sewing and crocheting. Brenda was a loving mother and the Best Nanny there ever was to her grandchildren.

She is survived by 2 brothers Raymond Sebree II of Kokomo and Gregory Hardimon of Cincinnati  Ohio,  2 sons, Gregory Sebree  and Troy Coleman of Kokomo, a daughter Wendy Roberts of Kokomo, 10 grandchildren, Jai Roberts (Tia Lacy) of Kokomo, DJamil Roberts of Kokomo, Natasha (Rahim) Bassitt of Las Vegas, Jareal Gray of Kokomo, Caiah Campbell of Tipton, Jeremiah Coleman of Rockford, Illinois, Tienna Coleman of Rockford, Illinois, Ceah Coleman of Tipton, Zoey Calvert of Kokomo and Asia Newby of Kokomo, 7 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and a sister.

Private family services will be held officiated by Dr. Michael C. Carson of First Friends Meeting in Kokomo. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
