Amanda June Marcel

Amanda June Marcel, 39, Frankfort, passed away at 9:26 am on Thursday October 2, 2025, at I.U. Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. She was born in Englewood, CO on June 17, 1986, the daughter of Ernest Gray Mountain and Patricia Becker. On January 28, 2004, in Fairfield, CA, she married Bob Marcel, and he survives.

Amanda graduated from Armijo High School and attended Ivy Tech. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Wesley Manor for two years, Mulberry health for two years, and Clinton House for one year.

Amanda is survived by her husband, Bob; and children, Carissa Marcel, Robbie Marcel, Kayla Marcel and Emily Marcel.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia.

A Celebration of Life took place from 11am to 2 pm on Monday October 6, 2025, at the Corner Stone Church, 5641 W Mulberry Jefferson Road, Frankfort, IN.
