Judy graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1970.  She worked for ten years for Carpet Services Unlimited but her primary job was taking care of her family.  She enjoyed doing crafts, shoe shopping and garage-saling, but above all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Terry L. (fiancé Gwen Sescar) Shuck; daughter, Rhonda G. (Kenny) Johnson; six grandchildren, Britney M. (Matthew) Krogstie, Victoria E. Shuck, Aaron D. (Mady) Shuck, Zsanelle Sescar, Zachary Hagerty and Maggie Hagerty; great-grandchildren, Sean, Miles, Ilyena, Owen, Kinley and Jillian-Jareth “J.J.”; two brothers; three sisters; foster brother, Charlie (Carmie) Stroud; and foster sister, Theresa Shafer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; foster parents, Eugene and Betty Shafer; and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2018, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, Sharpsville Chapel, 204 N. Church St., Sharpsville, with Pastor Bill Salsbery officiating.  Burial will follow in Normanda Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made in Judy’s memory to the Disabled American Veterans or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.  Messages of condolence may be left online at www.stoutandson.com.

To the family of Judy Timmons Shuck,
My sincere sympathy on Judy's passing. We weren't great friends in high school, but in a small school like SPHS or Prairie Township, we all pretty much know each other, and to lose one, diminishes us all....that's one of the lessons I learned during a teaching career in Flora, IN (which is still much like where we grew up).
Cherish your memories and keep them fresh in the stories you tell about your lives with Judy. Best wishes for the new year.

Dear Mr. Shuck and family,
How very saddened I was to return to work on Monday and learn of Judy's passing. I know how all of you were encouraged by the news on Thursday. Unfortunately, God has other plans for our loved ones and although the heartache is unbearable, He has her in His loving arms. Again, I thank you for the opportunity to care for your loved one at this difficult time.

Ron, I am so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. You were one of the first customers I signed up years ago. I always enjoyed the few minutes I had to spend with you folks. Judy always wanted to know how things were going with my family. She will be missed. Myself and your represenative Tim will always be there for you. Thank you for allowing me into your life, no matter how brief it was. God bless
