Kyle Ann Eaton, 67, Kokomo, passed away at 10:50 pm Friday, June 1, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Kokomo.  She was born January 29, 1951, in Howard County, the daughter of the late Meredith & Josephine (Starbuck) Eaton.  On February 14, 1989, she married Kent Engle and he survives.

Kyle was a 1969 graduate of Kokomo High School.   She retired from Delphi Electronics after 30 years of service.  Kyle was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  She served 12 years with the Russiaville Ambulance Service. She loved watching motorcycle road racing, and NASCAR.

Along with her husband Kent, Kyle is also survived by her brother, Darrell (Janet) Eaton; nephews, Erik (Geneva) Eaton and Christer (Nancy) Eaton; great-nieces and nephews, Courtney, Cailey, Nicholas, Tabatha, Jessica and Erik Jr.; five great-great nieces and nephews; and her uncle and aunt, Lyle and Marilyn Eaton and their three children and families.

Kyle was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10-11 am Saturday at the funeral home. I am so sorry to hear of Kyle’s passing! We shared a love of cats! I will miss her Facebook posts and stories. They always made me laugh! May God be your comfort at this time. Prayers!

Everyone at Seven Years War Inc is saddened by the loss of Kyle. She was a long time member of our group and a long standing member of our Board of Directors. Our re-enacting family has suffered a loss and she will be missed. Kyle will live on in our campfire stories and tales passed down generation after generation. The Seven Years War Board sends all the love and condolences.
