Dale Leon McQuinn, 90 of Forest passed away at 6:20 pm on Sunday May 6, 2018 at Milner Community Health Care in Rossville. He was born on October 9, 1927 in Clinton County to John Owen and Frances (Evans) McQuinn. On June 17, 1960 Dale married Phyllis Jean Inman and she passed away on March 16, 1998.
Dale attended the Forest High School and retired from Haynes International after 28 years of work. He was a member of West Point Christian Church, member of the Haynes Quarter Century Club. Dale loved to play Bingo and work word search puzzles.
Survivors include his son Scott (Bonnie) McQuinn; grandchildren Kelsey (Michael) Crose, Courtnay (Justin) Evans, Brittaney (Jesse) Mounts, Beau (Sarah) Moore, Jonathan (Debbie) Moore; 16 great grandchildren; sisters Carol Dull, Maxine (Mike) Ogle; sister in-law Wilma McQuinn, Joy McQuinn; friend Imogene Sanders.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents John and Frances McQuinn, wife Phyllis McQuinn; brothers Morris McQuinn, Charles McQuinn; brother in-law Robert Dull.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., with Pastor Darren Miracle officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 7 pm on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to West Point Christian Church or to the charity of ones choice.
