Reita Marlene Faucett, 81, Cutler, passed away at 6:15 pm Wednesday September 5, 2018, at Golden Living Center Sycamore Village in Kokomo. She was born October 19, 1936, in Frankfort, the daughter of the late Clarence Raymond & Mary Margaret (Lipp) Bell. On May 9, 1954, she married Dale Franklin Faucett who preceded her in death August 20, 2002.
Reita was a 1954 graduate of Burlington High School. She retired from First Financial after 30 plus years in the banking industry. She was a 50 year member and past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. Reita enjoyed sewing, making clothing and costumes for her children, camping, and traveling.
Reita is survived by her children, Dianna L. (Steven) Stout, Dana L. (Jane) Faucett, and Gregory A. (Kay) Faucett; grandchildren, Michelle Stout, Brian Stout, Bradley Faucett, Andrew Faucett, Tyler Jenkins, Brent Jenkins, and Matt (Theresa) Stewart; great-grandchildren, Kylie Stout, Reese Stout, Parker Stout, Logan Faucett, Hailey Faucett, Miley Faucett, Zander Faucett, Morgan Stewart, Cameryn Stewart, and Caelyn Stewart; siblings, Gary (Jane) Bell, and Joyce (Larry) Cook.
Reita was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl Ann & L. Scott Jenkins; great-grandsons, Duncan Stewart, and Lucas Faucett.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, September 10, 2018, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, 44 Michigan Street, Burlington, with Pastor Stan Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in Ball Hill Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2-5 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Reita’s memory to the Susan G.
