Reba L. (Webb) Price

Reba L. Price, 89, Greentown, passed away at 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2019, in Century Villa Healthcare, Greentown.  She born January 25, 1930, in Frankfort, Indiana, to William E. And Mary Edith (Keedy) Webb.

Reba graduated from Frankfort High School in 1948.  On June 5, 1948 she married Richard B. Price, and he survives.

She worked at Eastern High School as a secretary for 5 years and went on to work as a typist at the Howard County News in Greentown for more than 16 years.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Greentown and the Mary Ruth Guild.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Price; daughter, Sharon Kay (Michael) Sheridan, Greentown;  two grandsons, Derek (Stephanie) Sheridan, Toledo, Ohio, and Doug (Tricia) Sheridan, Greenfield, Indiana; granddaughter, Kara (Shane) Kretz, Greentown; and great-grandchildren, Luke Sheridan and Sophia, Reid and Tessa Kretz.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant brother Max Webb.

Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, August 19, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until Noon at Hasler & Stout Funeral Home, 112 E. Main St., Greentown, with Pastor Russ Patton officiating.  Funeral services will be at Noon also at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the service in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greentown.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
