June Alice (Head) Kuhn

June Alice Kuhn, 63, Kokomo, passed away at 2:25 pm Saturday January 11, 2020, at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo.  She was born October 18, 1956, in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of the late Silas Delbert & Beuna Barbara (Williams) Head.  On February 27, 1982, in Kokomo, she married Jeff Kuhn who survives.

June graduated from Tri Central High School and Indiana University at Kokomo with a degree in Business Management and Radiology.  She worked for St. Joseph Hospital as an X-Ray Technician.  She also worked as a realtor, and had worked for Webb’s Hallmark, and for GTE in Westfield.  June loved collecting Precious Moment figurines and was an avid reader. She enjoyed playing cards, and bowling.

Along with her husband Jeff, June is survived by her son, James “Bo” (Melissa) Kuhn; grandchildren, Hanna Kuhn, Mollie Kuhn, Emalee Kuhn, and Clee Kuhn; siblings, Charles (Carol) Head, James “Jim” Head, and Joanna (Mark) Wolfe; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Bruce, Jessica Nicholson, Josh Head, Katie Pierce, Daniel Head, Kasey Head, James Hall, Thomas Wolfe, and Lora De La Cruz, along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.

June was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Deborah Sue (Head) Rust.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo.
