Judy A. (Timmons) Shuck

Judy A. Shuck, 68, Sharpsville, passed away at 6:48 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis.  She was born May 17, 1950, in Marion, to Henry David and Helen L. (Nelson) Timmons.  On May 29, 1970, she married Ronald J. Shuck, and he survives.

Judy graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1970.  She worked for ten years for Carpet Services Unlimited but her primary job was taking care of her family.  She enjoyed doing crafts, shoe shopping and garage-saling, but above all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Terry L. (fiancé Gwen Sescar) Shuck; daughter, Rhonda G. (Kenny) Johnson; six grandchildren, Britney M. (Matthew) Krogstie, Victoria E. Shuck, Aaron D. (Mady) Shuck, Zsanelle Sescar, Zachary Hagerty and Maggie Hagerty; great-grandchildren, Sean, Miles, Ilyena, Owen, Kinley and Jillian-Jareth “J.J.”; two brothers; three sisters; foster brother, Charlie (Carmie) Stroud; and foster sister, Theresa Shafer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; foster parents, Eugene and Betty Shafer; and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2018, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, Sharpsville Chapel, 204 N. Church St., Sharpsville, with Pastor Bill Salsbery officiating.  Burial will follow in Normanda Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made in Judy’s memory to the Disabled American Veterans or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.  Messages of condolence may be left online at www.stoutandson.com.
