Jeremy Bryan Pratt, 31, Carmel, passed away at 5:50 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at his home. He was born July 1, 1987, in Salem, Ohio, to Mark Blair Pratt and Susan Renee (Sullivan) Sinnett. On January 2, 2015, he married Courtney Elizabeth Henderson, in Noblesville, and she survives.
Jeremy graduated from Taylor High School in 2006. He loved sports and was an avid Steelers fan. Jeremy had a big heart, an infectious smile, had never met a stranger and cherished his family. He was a great son, an amazing daddy, and worshiped his wife.
In addition to his wife, Courtney Pratt, he is survived by his son, Catch Work Pratt; mother and step-father, Susan and Travis Sinnett; brother, Justin (Stephen) Pratt; step-brother, Phillip Sinnett; mother- and father-in-law, Vicki and Donald Henderson; sisters-in-law, Keisha (Matt) Kelley and Lindsay Cloar; grandparents, Lee and Ruth Ann Pratt; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Mark Blair Pratt.
Funeral services for Jeremy will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Edward Jones, 10 S. Main St., Frankfort, IN 46041, for the benefit of Catch Pratt.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17th, at the Taylor Annex building, 3750 E. Co. Rd. 300 S., Kokomo. In honor of Jeremy and his love for basketball, please join us in the gym for a casual celebration.
