Frederick E. "Geno" Wallace

Frederick E. “Geno” Wallace, 58, Kokomo, passed away at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at his home.  He was born July 7, 1960, in Kokomo, to Frederick A. and Caroline S. (Sites) Wallace.

Geno worked as an insurance agent for Metlife in Indianapolis and also worked at various body shops in the Kokomo area.  He enjoyed racing and football.

Survivors include his son, Matt (Amber) Wallace, of Kokomo; daughter, Holly Hood, of Kokomo; grandchildren, Hannah Hood, Gavin Wallace and Henley Hood; brother, Mark A. (Rita) Wallace, of Kokomo; sisters, Betty VanBibber and Mary (Mike) Dunkle, of Kokomo; and nieces, Jessyka Betzner and Jenni Harner, of Kokomo.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Geno will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo, with Pastor Bob Estle officiating.  Burial will follow in North Union Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.  The family requests that people come dressed casually as this is what Geno would have wanted.  Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.  Messages of condolence may be left online at www.shirleyandstout.com.
