Aaron Clifford, 81, Kokomo, passed away at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at his home. He was born April 9, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan, to Harry Benjamin Clifford and Terressa (Huff) Teasdale. On September 24, 1960, he married Elsie Jane Jeffers, in Bellaire, Ohio, and she preceded him in death on March 28, 2018.
Aaron graduated from The Ohio State University in 1964 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and worked for Mobil Oil as a marketing rep for 29 years before retiring in 1993. He had been a captain for Relay For Life and was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Sherry (Bill) Dennis, of Indianapolis; sons, Mike (Susan) Clifford, of Conway, Arkansas, and Matt (Steph) Clifford, of Carrollton, Texas; grandchildren, Grant and Ben Dennis, Tyler, Jack and Elaina Clifford and Evan and Jake Clifford; sister, Julia (Bill) Kerr, of Alexandria, Virginia; and brother, Curtis Clifford, of Phoenix, Arizona.
In addition to his wife, Elsie Clifford, he was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Ed Clifford, Paul Clifford and Jack Teasdale.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd., Kokomo, with Pastor Michael Goodspeed officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
