Patricia Randall Obituary

Patricia Ann Randall, 90, of Kokomo, passed away at 3:50 pm on Sunday March 24, 2024, surrounded by her family at Ascension St. Vincent of Kokomo. She was born January 14, 1934, to Harley O. and Elsa (Marshall) Whisman. On November 14, 1952, she married Joseph Randall who preceded her in death on November 3, 2023. They were happily married for 70 years.

Patricia was a 1952 graduate of Kokomo High School. She worked at Delco Electronics for 33 years retiring in 1989. She was most proud of winning a Delco Electronics Suggestion Award and used her cash winnings to take the entire family to Disney World.  She loved her family dearly.  When close to retirement, she lost her beloved oldest daughter, Laura.  Pat then became like a “mom” to her two granddaughters, Jenny and Christy; Jenny resided with Pat until her death.  Pat spent her retirement years enjoying time with family and traveling with the Delco Goodtimers along with her best friend, Wanda Waltman. She was happiest when spending time with her family and always took great interest in their lives.  She was the best grandma and mom ever!  You could always count on her to have a pot of fresh coffee ready for when her family stopped by to visit. Pat was a member of Judson Road Christian Church; she loved the Lord and faithfully took her children and grandchildren to church.  Pat enjoyed watching westerns, reading, gardening, and watching the birds and animals in the yard.  She absolutely loved family gatherings and will always be remembered for making the most delicious cheese potatoes!  She will be missed so much, but the family takes comfort in knowing she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and now resides with him.

She is survived by her daughter, JoDee (Charles) McClish of Kokomo; grandchildren, Jenny Tudor of Kokomo, Christy (Chris) Ruch of Carmel, IN, Chuck (Amanda) McClish of Wartburg, TN, Timothy McClish of Chandler, AZ, and Tyler (Mimi) McClish of Kokomo; great-grandchildren Maxwell, Addy and Ollie McClish, Nicholas Duncan, and Olivia Ruch; and son-in-law, Roger (Glenda) Tudor.

In addition to her husband, Joseph, she was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Laura A. Tudor; son, Thomas V. Randall; and brother, James Whisman.
