Ferrold Augustus Shaffer

Ferrold Augustus Shaffer, 49, of Kokomo, passed away at 4:30 am Monday, April 22, 2024 at Brickyard Sycamore Village in Kokomo. He was born in Kokomo, IN on September 25, 1974, to James and Jennifer (Alexander) Shaffer.

Ferrold worked at Bona Vista. He was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church and later In His Image Church. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, participated in the Special Olympics, and loved softball. Ferrold also enjoyed collecting different things throughout his life.

Along with his father, James, he is survived by his siblings, George C. Shaffer, Elizabeth M. Wilson, Lottie J. Shaffer, James L. Shaffer, John L. Shaffer, and Deven M. Abercrombie; as well as several aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.

He was proceeded in death by his mother, Jennifer Shaffer.

A Memorial Service will be at 4:00 pm Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Rd. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Messages of condolences may be left at www.shirleyandstout.com.
