Donna Kay Teter Obituary

Donna Kay Teter was born June 5, 1942, and passed away April 15, 2024, in Kokomo.  She was the daughter of Earl Raymond and Maxine (Burton) Teter and spent most of her life in Goldsmith.

Donna was a graduate of Jefferson Township High School class of 1961.  She was a hairdresser graduating from the House of James Beauty School. She had her own beauty shop in Goldsmith before continuing to Tipton. She was also well known for her talents at cake decorating and catering and the many get togethers at her house. You never left hungry or bored. Donna also donated many hours to Old Settlers get togethers. She loved to play games and being with her friends.

Donna is survived by her brother, Bob (Mary) Teter; nieces and nephews, Missy (Mike) Scott, Patty (Troy) Stage, Eric (Lisa) Teter, Doug (Joya) Teter, Chad Teter, Angie Fenoglio, Beth Brown, and Shelly Brown; 10 great nieces and nephews; 10 great great nieces and nephews; a special cousin, Lynn Hazelbaker; and Goddaughter, Donna Jean Penick.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Danny, and Mike; sister, Kathy Brown; and special cat, Half Pint “H.P.”

Donna was a member of the Goldsmith Methodist Church and will be laid to rest in Tetersburg Cemetery. 

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the Tetersburg Christian Church, 1887 S. 725 W., Tetersburg.  Please come and enjoy a meal and fellowship with friends.  Stout & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation.
