Betty Ann Keller

Betty Ann (Walker) Keller, 85, of Kokomo, passed away 1:45 pm Thursday April 18, 2024, at Century Villa Health Care in Greentown. She was born in Kokomo, IN, on January 18, 1939, the daughter of the late George Walker and Annabell (Webb) Walker Graham. On July 6, 1957, she married Jack Keller Sr., and he preceded her in death on November 30, 2013.

Betty attended Kokomo High School. She devoted a lot of time and effort to raising her four children and being a homemaker. She kept the household functioning while her husband Jack was away on several deployments in the United States Navy. Betty was a kind and sweet lady who always found ways to care for other people. Her favorite hobbies were fishing, cooking, sewing, and gardening. She was a member of the Galveston American Legion Post #415, the Kokomo Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Navy Wives Club.

Betty is survived by her children, Jack (Karen) Keller, Kim (Rick) Acord, Tracy (Byron) Gibson; grandchildren, Jason (Melissa) McFadden, Amie McFadden, Brandon Keller, Joshua Keller, Heather (Charlie) Kirby, Nate (Mary Pat) Acord, Dustin Paul, Ashleigh Gibson, Cody (Mikara) Gibson, Korey Keller, Kasey Keller, Karah Chase; siblings, Judy (Neal) Ronk, David (Cheryl) Walker, Rick (Debbie) Walker; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Kurt Keller; grandson, Austin Keller; siblings, Carolyn Duncan, Marilyn Thomas, Susan Frank, and Mike Walker.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 am to Noon Wednesday April 24, 2024, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory – Jefferson Street Chapel, 414 West Jefferson Street, Kokomo, IN 46901. Funeral service will begin Noon on Wednesday at the funeral home, with Pastor Jason Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery.
